Thank you for choosing DIGIBOX. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to return products and request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return any unused, unopened, or defective product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories (remote control, power adapter, HDMI cable, user manual, etc.) included and in new condition.
• Defective products must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery, and we may require you to provide photos or videos of the defect to verify the issue.
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the user, or modified (including firmware changes) are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at [your email address] within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Once you receive the RA number, package the product securely in its original packaging, include all accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship the package to the following U.S. return address: [Your U.S. Return Address]. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective (in which case we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost upon receipt and verification of the defect).

3. Refund Process

We will inspect the returned product within 3–5 business days of receipt. If the product is eligible for a refund:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or color, follow the return process above and indicate your desired exchange in your return request. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement product to you (additional shipping costs may apply if the exchange product has a higher price).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: (1) Products that have been opened and used (unless defective), (2) Accessories sold separately (if opened), (3) Custom or personalized products.
